What I never could have anticipated was that switching from a large corporate chain to Cambridge Chemists would be such a massive upgrade in customer service. From day one, the communication, care, and seamless prompt delivery of my medications completely blew me away. I was genuinely in awe at the level of attention and treatment I received from the entire staff. And this wasn’t a one-time experience—over the past couple of months, there have been multiple instances of exceptional communication and follow-through. Premium small boutique old time pharmacy. Many luxury items. Not as elaborate in choice as Lexington and 79th street in my opinion.

Mary, the owner, is such a gem. (Amazing skin!) So sweet, full of knowledge. Very helpful. Just met Walter another pharmacist and he is wonderful too. The shop is beautiful and they have a products from different countries that most pharmacies don’t. Very responsive and quick to get your medications filled. Highly recommend.
