Update: See all the cameras? Must of been a problem with theft in the pharmacy. Terrible! Expect to have to deal them with them every month for hours or even days to pickup your routine prescriptions. Even if you call or request online and they send a message it’s ready, when you get there it wont be. The worst run CVS or Walgreens is still much better than this dump. Any other pharmacy is better.

This pharmacy has repeatedly treated patients as if they were doing them a favor, turning their backs on them and leaving them talking to themselves. These are just a few examples of the horrible customer service experiences I've had at this pharmacy. If you want a decent, respectful experience, DO NOT COME TO THIS PHARMACY and use any other.

Terrible. I have to call five times just to get a prescription delivered. And the reactions to the customer service people range from not caring to giving attitude. Wow. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs and pick up your prescription literally anywhere else if you can. This is for the Pharmacy in the Manhattan location. The Brooklyn pharmacy is really great, and the people are nice.

I’ve been a patient of theirs for nearly 10 years at this point. I don’t have any other choice because they’re the ones with the medication that I need and I’m a patient at Callen Lorde. This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever had to deal with. I thought they were terrible 10 years ago when I started and they have only gotten worse. I don’t know if this is just something that they think that trans people deserve or are going to accept, but it’s absolutely disgusting that this community gets treated this way. They will lose your scripts, they don’t deliver when they say they will, you can call and confirm things three times and then they will tell you that they never talked to you despite you having evidence to the contrary, they send medication that is not handled properly, the wrong

Pickup medicine for someone and the line was quick but repeatedly medicines are marked as ready for pickup but upon arrival they aren't in stock. Staff is friendly and helpful plus the late hours (8:30pm)
