I am so tickled with CPP! Our Rep Julisa is so nice, attentive and helpful. Our very first order experience with CPP was scary because our dog has epilepsy and we had been having trouble getting her prescription filled. Julisa and CPP stepped up and made ordering, Vet approval and delivery amazing. We can't thank them enough. I look forward to doing business with them from now on.

Felix and I have been ordering his daily meds through California Pet Pharmacy for years! CPP is easy and efficient, and their customer service representatives are friendly and professional. Competitors have tempted me to switch (Chewy, Costco) but they just can't beat CPP's online ordering and Rx fulfillment convenience. We're very happy and healthy thanks to CPP!

EDIT: originally gave a two star review. Added an addl review at the bottom. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Good service when you actually receive the item(s) you ordered. Order from them frequently and have delivery issues with 1-2 orders out of every 10. In those instances, CalPet essentially shrugs their shoulders and says “oh, well. The carrier said they delivered it so it must be there!” even though I didn’t receive it and placed another replacement order for the same meds a few days later. CalPet should stand behind the carrier’s performance, or lack there of, that they choose to do business with. Thankfully, my bank has always taken my side during the dispute process. Shame on CalPet for making it more difficult than it needs to be. ADDL REVIEW: I still stand by original stance that CPP is fine

I have used CPP for several years and have had good service from them with good delivery. They have contacted me via phone if my order had a mistake on it and they needed clarification. The savings is significant when otherwise you go through your local vet. I will stay with California Pet Pharmacy.

I have been using CPP for years and have had zero issues! Their prices are the best I have found. And whenever I've needed customer service I get an actual person who is very helpful.
