Dr. Elida Gonzales is a stellar physician—kind, patient, and clearly knowledgeable. I came in a bit panicked about my condition, and she put me at ease with her calm expertise. The office was clean, quiet and comfortable (not overbooked like many others in the area), and the staff was wonderful. I even picked up my medication on-site in just 10 minutes. Great service. Once you get in, if you have to call them forget it, the worst Outsourcing. No direct phone line to them. The office and staff is really really good. It's unfortunate that you cannot talk to them directly. It's better just to drive there if you're close and talk to the wonderful people at the front counter.

The staff is great, kind, cautious, and caring always professional and prompt. If your appointment is at 10:00 am they are attending to your concerns quickly. No long waiting. Great caring staff. I love them all.

My visit today was Pleasant. Everybody was polite And efficient. It was a well organized process. When I got in and seen the dermatologist, he was right to the point , Looked at what I was going in for and took care of it right away with a prescription.

Very capable PA-C who did good job identifying problems and initiating treatment. Elida is top of her class. I’m impressed each time she provides care.
