Caballero Animal Clinic is truly special. The kindness and care they show my cats means everything to me. Dr. Cruz is compassionate, attentive, and makes you feel confident you’re leaving your pets in the best hands. I’m so grateful for this clinic and highly recommend them.

I've been taking my cat to Knowles. No one ever did anything to relieve my cat's pathology there. Instead, they said it was psychological n washed their hands with her like Pilote. In one visit this Dr. figured out the issue n now kitty is able to sleep and enjoy her life after 4 years of suffering. Shadow says; thanks, Doc!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a vet. I called to get information about my pet's condition and the person on the phone was utterly inept - the receptionist was either unable and unwilling to give me the information from the existing file. The receptionist lacked the knowledge to properly read the file and insisted that I would have to bring my pet into the office and consult the vet to find out the name of my pet's condition - - a genetic condition they diagnosed her with as a puppy and still currently provide the medical prescriptions for every year. Why would I get testing and seek a consultation for a condition your vet already test for and diagnosed her with - which should be in her medial file? REDICULOUS!!! Really nice and friendly staff. Took my dog here today for the first time and they were amazing, I got everything I needed and at a good price.

Took both my cats for deworming , and one of them had a deep cleaning of her teeth, no more bad breath! She is just fine thank God! Very kind people, could be a little organized and modernized but you know it's a tiny place, but took good care of my cats. Update June 2018: they have upgraded their waiting room, it’s really nice 👍🏼 . They are still charging only $25 per visit which I’m very thankful for since there is going to be more to pay to help fix my cats problems. But very thankful for their help, I had to call many times for treatment help, the receptionist 👍🏼and vets were patient and helpful each time.
