⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Byrd Dental today. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel Welcoming and well taken care of. The dental hygienist, Brandon, was absolutely stellar professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind. Brandon made sure I wasn’t nervous or afraid and truly took the time to care for me. He completed my X-rays and explained everything very thoroughly, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. He also carefully checked my gums for any issues and then performed the cleaning. He was so gentle, and the entire experience felt smooth and easy. I have never had an issue coming here except insurance billing. But today I came in and genuinely am not sure how this hygienist is still employed here. First of all her tone was off and short to begin with, but that’s fine everyone has bad days. The real issues were her trying to tell me I needed to get my wisdom teeth out by now and then trying to tell ME that they are very painful and the roots are so strong now that I need to get them taken out. So I politely reply “ I didn’t know I had any” she then says well you do and you need to take them out, then I open my mouth and she goes oh so they haven’t broken tissue or anything so that’s fine (literally why I haven’t had them removed). Then she accidentally is yanking my hair so I say “oh sorry you’re pulling my hair” SHE DOESNT SAY SORRY

I was a patient at Byrd dental for several years and even recommended them to my family. I have no idea what happened this year, but getting appointments was horrible, my six month appointment I was called the same day and told that they had to reschedule me because my hygenist had left. So they called me literally the morning of my appointment in September and told me the next available appointment was in December. Not ideal, I was annoyed, but took the December appointment. The day of my appointment in December I was called and told that my hygenist was out and they had to reschedule me. The next appointment they offered me was June of 2026! So it would be over 12 months from my last cleaning. I explained that to the young lady calling and she said that she was sorry, but didn't offer to

I first want to say that every dental hygienist, receptionist, and Dr. Wiacek are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend coming here if you’re able to never interact with Dr. Byrd. Dr. Wiacek was my dentist when I lived in the area and I made a point to come back for cleanings when visiting twice a year because of how much I liked the staff here. I’ve been a patient here for three years and have never had anything but positive experiences until I encountered Dr. Byrd for an urgent dental issue while visiting for the holidays. I ended up leaving mid appointment because of how Dr. Byrd was treating me and interacting with me. Unfortunately, I will never be coming back here due to Dr. Byrd.

Back in July this office referred me to a specialist for a procedure. They told me to not schedule my next cleaning until the procedure is complete. The doctor they referred me to said I should get 3 cleanings a year. I called Byrd Dental and they said they were booking out cleaning til July and there is a really long waitlist. It seems this practice has got to busy and do not have the resources to handle their clients. Makes me concern if they are going to be rushing patients through to fit more in. I also had problems with their computer systems going down and they could not complete a visit and wanted me to come back. I called another practice in the area and they are getting me in within a week.
