Staff does nothing but stand around and talk while mothers and their babies are sitting in the waiting room for hours for no reason. I feel like they need different staff members in the wic office.

The staff has always been great for my family. We always get our school shots here. And we use to get our WIC here. Great help to low income families like us.

Did absolutely nothing while my child was past over for his appointment. Got rude when I asked and saw it as a victory when I stated I was leaving and finding somewhere else.

Y'all are an awesome place but I'm almost certain one of your janitor ladies is tweaking on something right in front of me. Even greeting people as they come in with meth head nonsense. Probably wont be coming back anytime soon due to the possibility of seeing her again I know we live in poplar bluff but I should be able to go to the health department without dealing with a tweaker.

They helped me a lot.
