My mother has been a long time patient of this clinic. It is the absolute worst. I was not aware of the level of disrespect and unprofessional tendencies this office has. The front desk is absolutely rude, not friendly at all, they stare at you with an attitude, cannot respond to a simple greeting, they act as if they don't want to be there, they snatch your money right out of your hand, absolutely zero people skills. To follow suit, the P.A Soledad Soto Ferrufino, has a blank stare and kinda attitude about her with patients. She gave me the up and down look when I came in with my mother as if my presence was not welcomed. I did not care because i wanted to make sure my mother was being treated fairly. You woukd think being that she is a Hispanic (bolivian) cause we are bolivian Hispanics
