Neighborhood pharmacies are the best! Jess is one of the finest pharmacists I have ever met. Incredibly knowledgeable in not just meds, but insurance too. They do flu shots as well!

Number 1 - they offer pill packs for a low cost. Great for seniors! 2) Always helpful, pleasant, friendly. So much better than a chain. 3) Jessica is one of the pharmacists that I speak with and she has helped me understand the insurance, checks before filling an expensive med, etc. I highly recommend Bull Run Pharmacy!

I will never use a chain/corporate pharmacy again. After endless frustrating experiences with both Walgreens & CVS, I made the switch to Bull Run Pharmacy and will never go back. The staff remember me and make it so easy to communicate if I need to call and ask about something. I have multiple prescriptions each month, so removing the horrible pharmacy experience from my weekly routine has been a game changer. I appreciate this place so much.

The best, friendliest service I have ever had; I am transferring all my business over to these wonderful, competent people. The pharmacy has all the medications a person needs as well as some cbc, plus the personalized service of ages past before the big corporations took over. They literally know their customers and strive to know their new customers. I hope people in Old Town Manassas will welcome them with open arms in their new location at the old Wells Fargo bank.
