Amazing turnaround! A year ago this was by far, one of the worst pharmacy experiences I’ve had no matter where I was stationed. Whether it was a change of command, or new personnel, the pharmacy should be recognized as a keystone. If you call the line and need to speak to someone, you can. If you pay attention to the announcement board set outside, they tell you of upcoming closures. While the refill line says it takes 4 business days to fill your medicine, it is often ready before then. Kudos, to all the staff working at the main pharmacy!

Although I seldom use the drive thru I usually get my prescription in less than 20 minutes. The personal here are always friendly and professional. I have been using this Pharmacy for over 30 years and there have been some difficulties due to changes in the military health system and the pandemic but having gone through the difficult times I believe that the service provided by this facility is the best it has ever been.

Best military pharmacy we've used in over 20 years! They actually answer the phone (which for anyone who's ever called military medical facilities will know is EXTREMELY rare!), the lines aren't crazy long, & there's a drive through option for part of the day. The only thing that could make them better is if they had weekend hours to make it easier for those who don't live nearby.

The airman that work or volunteer here are always friendly. Shared quite a few jokes and laughs and its pretty quick getting what you need especially while in uniform.

Terrible customer service. Long wait times on phone or in person. Terrible system failures. Update April 2024... It continues to get worse... nothing works...made three trips to pick up a medication electronically sent by my doctor starting three weeks ago...told return in 4 hours or next day. Uncaring, unsupervised young staff than only have excuses for answers or no answers at all. Update Aug 2025 Somebody paid attention to all the bad reviews and did something about it. Complete turn around. Not long waiting at the location. Let's see how long that lasts. For now I'm upgrading from 1 star to 3
