I have contacted this dental office multiple times regarding my appointment that was originally scheduled for 02/24/2026. I requested a callback because, in the past at the Huntsville location, I consistently received both email and text reminders. This time, I received no confirmation at all. I have left several messages over the course of multiple days and have not received a single return call. Due to the lack of communication and follow-up, I am unsure whether my appointment was ever properly confirmed. Unfortunately, this level of customer service is unacceptable. As a result, I will be seeking care with another dental office and would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I hate giving bad reviews! I went to Bryant Dental because of the good reviews but unfortunately they don't call people back. I had a bill I was inquiring about and had to leave 2 messages. When I finally spoke to someone (I had to call again) she said they didn't call back because they were busy. Then I emailed my records to them as they requested. I put in the email to please confirm receipt of the xrays. No one confirmed. Then I had a cleaning scheduled and needed to cancel. I asked for someone to call back to confirm that they took me off the schedule. No one called back so I left another message. I didn't want to be charged for a no show and I also wanted to know I was off the schedule so someone else could take my slot. Still no call back. The staff and dentist was friendl

I recently visited Bryan Dental for my dental cleaning, and I'm happy to share my experience! From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The hygienist took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and informed. The cleaning itself was thorough, I appreciated how the hygienist used advanced techniques and equipment that minimized discomfort, and the 3d digital rendering of my teeth eliminated the need for traditional impressions should they be required in the future. Overall, I highly recommend Bryant Dental for anyone seeking quality dental care and Dr Waite was a delight to work with.

Perfect every time, and this visit was a shining example of that. Last visit my dental hygienist recommended changes in my daily routine, this visit the results were evident and positive. She adapted her cleaning plan to put me on an even better path. The dentist was also flexible in her advice, seeing where I am she immediately provided council that willI am very grateful to have access to such skilled and diligent professionals.

I absolutely love this place, the dentists themselves are always so helpful and have fixed multiple issues with my teeth and jaw, not only them but my hygienist, Ashton is so amazing!! She is so fun and you can tell she loves what she does, she always explains what she is doing and helps me care better for my teeth and has helped me not to be scared going to the dentist anymore! I couldn’t recommend a hygienist or office more!!
