Terrible service, office staff is confused, I had an appointment with Dr. Berkowitz the lady that handles appointments tells me that my primary doctor is required to send my MRI results to their office. I call my Primary care doctor, his office staff tells me that Dr. Berkowitz (whom my appointment is with) is required to request the MRI results. It has been a real uphill battle just to get an appointment simply because the appointment lady at Dr. Berkowitz office is rarely at her desk, I do not recommend this office for anything as a matter of fact I am going to call Cleveland Clinic ) my primary hospital and schedule an appointment through their doctors. This office staff is unsat. 3/29/2017
