Unfortunately, there is no option for zero stars. Extremely unprofessional. I called for over a week to try and get somebody to call me back about my prescription. I never got a call back. Finally after calling multiple times, five to be exact, they finally sent in my prescription to be filled but there was a mess up with my insurance. After I got it fixed, the woman answered the phone said the only reason she answered was because she saw me in the Q5 separate times and acted like it was a problem for her. I explained I have been calling since 8 o'clock in the morning and nobody answers the phone. I also said the prescription was supposed to have been called in. She informed me that they weren't going to write a prescription or do anything until they saw me. I said well I have an appointme

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have called and left multiple messages to get info on my prescription and why it hasn't been approved. The only thing I am looking for is information. This has been the worst experience trying to simplify speak with someone. Every time I get someone to answer the phone it's always "I'll leave a message for the nurse to call you back" well it's been over a month now. This place is terrible and I do not recommend. It ruins motivation to lose weight. I am struggling to lose weight and got my hopes up when I was told this medicine would help me. I am just trying to see if I was approved or not.

Dr was great . Communication here is horrible . Saw a doctor over 2 weeks ago and still don’t have an approved prescription.. over 1 week I called over 87 times no answer and left 3 voicemails .. just trying to get a prescription sent In correctly . Finally call me back and call in the prescription wrong .. wish me luck I guess

I had to rebook my appointment due to my son having oral surgery at same time as my appointment. I called a week in advance several times! I left a message! No return call. I called AGAIN the morning of my appointment to see if I could come in at any other time that day. My appointment takes less than 10 min. I was willing to go sooner had they returned my call!! My appointment was exact same time as my son’s surgery. Because I rescheduled one other time (I’ve been going for several years) they would not allow me to refill a prescription I’ve been on for a month until they see me, YET cannot see me until mid October and claim I didn’t call last week! Communication is very difficult. I have called many times and left messages and no one returns my call very frustrating. Hard to get an appointment
