** Over charged and misdiagnosed son ** Receptionist overcharged me for my visit before we were even seen! When I questioned the amount she tells me that I have not met my deductible, I said yes I have, I met it a couple months ago. She said oh because your new plan started January 1st, no my plan starts June 1st. Oh well on the computer that’s not what it says. Mind you I’ve had this insurance for a very long time and I am very well aware of how my insurance works. I’m like fine they can reimburse when it’s submitted. There is one other patient in the building at this time, it’s calm and quiet with plenty of staff. My 17yr old was seen by a NP that got a quick back story of what’s been going on the last couple of months as far as illnesses and doctor visits. He was seen for a pretty lar

Literally sitting here as we speak. I came in at 1. There was one person ahead of me. They have called 4 people back and just keep skipping over me. I asked the receptionist why they keep skipping me she said they moved me over and she didn't know why and said she would go ask. That was almost 10 minutes ago. She came back out and completely ignored me. Not a single care or any regard for anyone but themselves. This place is beyond unprofessional and they pick and choose who gets called back. They don't go by arrival time.

Excellent experience: seem promptly and from receptionist to medical assistant to doctor all were friendly, efficient and thorough. Appropriated tests were done while I was there with follow-up phone call the next morning to convey results. Dr. Takik was kind and thorough; she explained everything well and answered my questions. No rush. If need arises again this is where I will go. Thank you BU Health urgent care on Airport Rd!

This place is ridiculous. Stay away. They want nothing to do with helping people. You don't have an urgent care center with 8 o'clock hours. But at 730, you're told you're a capacity with 2 people inside. And as you can see on their monitor that they have been there over an hour. One since 530 pm. So those individuals should be on their way out. And someone with a swollen eyelid should be able to be looked at in 45 seconds. But nope told go to Garden City. This place should be embarrassed that customers come here and get sent to another place.
