Brown Family Dentistry

I have been going to Dr. Brown since 2022 to 2023. Dr. Brown is a very kind and honesty dentist woman. All of the staff are sweet and nice and very respectful. I never had a problem with any other staff or Dr. Brown Dr. Brown I’m coming back.

Brown Family Dentistry has always provided a welcoming atmosphere and great customer service throughout my appointments and those of my family. Dr. Brown is highly competent, professional, and personable; and, it is obvious she expects the same of her staff.

This was my experience of Brown's Dentistry. I was recommended to them by a friend so I called to schedule an appointment. The lady I talked to on the phone seemed bothered when I asked if they were accepting new patients. Regardless, I scheduled my appointment for a couple weeks later on a Monday. A few days later, my phone breaks destroying all my info for my appointment. No big deal, I will just call them and ask, and that's when things took a turn for the worse. I called them multiple times, sometimes it would ring, sometimes it would go straight to voicemail. There were even a few times it sounded like they picked up the phone and immediately hung up! I would understand if i were calling during lunch hours but it was approaching 4 PM as i was making these calls. I ended up leaving a m

Love Dr. Brown and her staff. They my family and I feel very comfortable. My family and I have been going to Dr. Brown for years. I would recommend everyone to become a patient of hers.

I love Brown. They have been our family Dentist for 9 years and I have yet to have any issues with the service or the customer service. They are very involved in our well being every time we visit.
