I stopped in Brown’s on the way home from picking my son up from school to look around and look at a medication the doctor has suggested. I haven’t been in this store for years. It was remodeled, so we looked around. While we were looking around the woman followed us through the store, and asked if we needed help. I worked retail and I know it wasn’t with pure intentions, but because she suspected us of shoplifting. I asked her about the medication and she waited for us to walk over. She showed me both the name brand and generic - they were insanely overpriced. The whole store is. I looked over the ingredients and she kept peaking around the corner staring at us. Walking around hovering. Which I knew at that point I was correct in what I had discerned. She was assuming my son and I were go

Has saved me on multiple occasions, they exempifies the customer service difference

The staff was very helpful and when my Dad passed up in Hospice. The staff was extremely loving, very nice very wonderful & very caring. I couldn't have asked for a better people to be comforting to my Dad and to give him a spa day on the day that he passed away so that he would be able to look good when he entered heaven for my Mom. I can never thank them enough so they do get a five-star rating.

I've never had a problem with brown drugs. After calling in prescription I never had to wait but few hours sometimes sooner for it to be ready. Couple times I've had it delivered and the delivery lady is very nice and polite always smiling. I would recommend brown drugs highly
