Broward Mall Dental

My daughter had an appointment to get a tooth pulled, but the assistant helped us get approved for a partial loan so she could have a root canal. Because she had a previous bad experience with this dentist, the doctor promised she would always give my daughter laughing gas. when I returned to the room, my daughter was in tears. The dentist had started the procedure without giving her the laughing gas she promised and even began before I was back in the room. Let's not forget she's a child who was terrified! During the procedure, they ran out of anesthesia and laughing gas and asked if I wanted them to continue.. she put a temporary filling and said root canals can’t be completed in one day. Very happy with the results I’ve achieved at this office. My husband and me had a great experience going there and having our dental work done through our insurance. Natalie the office manager does a great job on running the show.

Miss Veronica and her front desk team was outstanding. They went above and beyond to offer my daughter excellent service. They were friendly, patient, kind, caring and understanding. Because of their knowledge my daughter is able to remove her wisdom tooth. Thank you so much.

So this office is in the Broward mall and I have passed by never been a patient yet just due to the fact I hate the dentist.. but the other day 12/16 I did witness a very unruly women and her daughter just being nasty to the staff as well as other human beings in the mall then I noticed she left a review and had to write one as well since I am not for knocking businesses. The girls in the front did handle themselves very well & just for that I will be calling to make an appointment today!

Customer service is non existent. Appointment was 11 and am still in the office waiting for the dentist since 11:30, now it’s 12:35. No apology, no thank you for your patience. Just employees walk-in past, having conversations amongst themselves. The visit is for tooth and gum pain and we’re still here in pain. Not to mention this office is not very clean. The equipment is rusty and I’m not sure if it’s safe for them to be working inside peoples mouths. Dr. Iooked in her mouth for 2 seconds and said that an extraction was needed. Did not prescribe any medication for pain. Just checked out, now we have to wait and see what is covered by the insurance. Even though the eligibility was already done!!! This is saaaddd.
