I myself have needed them twice after a cancer diagnosis. And I understand why, although there can be tough moments, they recently received a great honor. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has given them a 5 star rating for the facility. After my cancer came back I was once again debilitated and I knew I again needed their therapy department to get back to me. I thought you should know

Please do not admit your loved one! Staff does not round on patients like they should. They will get mad if you question what they do! They do not provide quality nursing care. Nurses are suppose to provide education on the medications given instead they just told my mom,” Take this and did not answer her questions!” The facility also smelled horrible had to have a freshener plug in my mom’s room. This place needs an overhaul and hire better nursing staff that actually do Nursing and not just pass pills! No critical thinking skills at all. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

While I understand having your loved one in a facility is scary and unsettling, but this place has provided my father with the care he needs to walk and speak again. While I have read the reviews which are widely mixed, I am basing my opinion on experience. The staff are consistent in communication. I visit my dad often and I feel welcomed and updated on his condition. Every nurse and staff person have sought me out to tell me how awesome my dad is and it shows on how they take care of him. I pray that this transcends to all the patients, where they are receiving the best are possible.

My mother was in the place for four years. I started looking for another place when my mothers was sick they did nothing about it. My mother looked like she was having another stroke and only thing they could tell me is that they checked her vitals when they seen her every day and could not see something was wrong with her. My mother Passed away on Oct 25 the Administration has no compassion she calls to ask when I was picking up my mother belongings and then says I’m sorry for you lose. This place switch hands like no other

The employees were very helpful and the nurses were very nice as well. The facility was clean and very well organized. I was very satisfied with my experience when I went to visit a family member.
