My whole experience was horrible the only nice person in there was the dental technician… before they begin anything I wanted to be sure the dentist would be able to extract my teeth and the front desk receptionist(Indian lady) made it difficult for me to ask questions concerning my teeth or even explain the process.. the dentist is very rude and didn’t make me feel comfortable at all.. the other receptionist (Hispanic lady) was explaining to me my treatment plan but when I had questions she couldn’t explain it bcuz she wasn’t trained and the dental assistant had to.. i had to call and remind them to send in my anxiety medication for my procedure the day before.. then the day of my procedure I was told I was only getting two teeth pulled, but come to find out they were pulling 3 and did n
I, unfortunately, now, don't have a good review. I don't recall the year I first started going to Sharma but my experience was pretty good. After a few visits I received the average cleanings and a few fillings to try to save a few teeth. My oral habits really weren't good so I trusted his practice. Unfortunately my fillings came out. No problem. I then had a Upper Partial made. After about a month I finally received it and it looked good. Even fit perfectly. After maybe a few years one of the teeth broke and I didn't bother to go back when I should have. Fast forward to 2024, I decided to have all my Upper teeth extracted instead of having them filled and opted for Total Set. Well.....there 7 to extract. They apparently weren't easy to extract and I began to hear and feel what seemed like
I recently had all three of my wisdom teeth removed here, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The procedure itself was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well I felt post-op.By day two, I had no swelling at all, which I think speaks to the skill of the dentist and the care I received.
I came here because they had good reviews and I needed a new Dentist. My previous Dentist no longer had good service consistently since their staff seemed new every time that I'd went in. The office isn't large, so it's not crowded and I got in right away. Everyone that I met there was very friendly, including the Dentist. He also did the cleaning, and he did a very good job. I was told that the current staff members have been there for years, and with that, I have a new Dentist!
Today I went to Brookside Dental Care to get my teeth cleaned. I am a wheelchair user, and my caregiver dropped me off. As soon as I rolled in, the receptionist jumped up to get my caregiver's attention. Her voice was concerned, as they were going to have to transfer me into the dentist's chair. I assured them that when I'm at the dentist, I sit in my wheelchair to get my teeth cleaned. The receptionist ignored me and continued talking to my caregiver. I then asked if I could roll back and see the exam room to see if I could fit. I fit just fine with my wheelchair. Then a dental assistant continue to talk to my caregiver and not directly to me saying that I would need to transfer to the dental chair and they are not liable to transfer me. I then told that the assistant I would be getting
