Broadway Pharmacy

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this pharmacy and believe that it should be closed down due to their ongoing neglect. Despite my repeated requests for needles and syringes for my estrogen injections, they consistently denied me access to the equipment I need to self-administer my medication. On top of this, they seem to create unnecessary obstacles at every turn, and I'm not sure if this is intentional or not. Additionally, there may be shady practices happening within the pharmacy that warrant further investigation. Overall, I urge authorities to take action and strongly consider shutting this pharmacy down.

Unprofessional and uncommunicative. Very unfortunate, my husband was told I had no refills on my medication. However upon waiting on hold ans harassing my doctors office, that was not true. Upon returning and telling them this information they responded oh, well were not ordering that medication so we can't fill it. Not offering to transfer to a different pharmacy pr contacting me before because I HAD REFILLS!! My husband and I will just use the CVS.
