There have even been instances of receiving someone else’s prescription by mistake. They don’t always process all your prescriptions from your doctor, forcing you to call and deal with frustrating back-and-forth communication. If insurance issues arise, they often claim your medication isn’t covered without offering alternatives or assistance—only for you to later find out it was actually covered after checking the formulary yourself.

They have always treated me with respect and even with the pandemic. I don't have to wait more than 15 minutes for my medication. I think there a good pharmacy. Convenient if you're doctor is at Centro Medico Dominicano.
