I’m deeply disappointed by my experience at this clinic. Dr. Villarin demonstrates a significant lack of bedside manner, particularly when interacting with children on the spectrum. On one occasion, after expressing concerns about possible aspiration and requesting an ENT referral, I was told, “Give it to him, and if he chokes, call 911.” On a positive note, the medical assistants are courteous and professional. However, the physician would greatly benefit from further training in patient communication and empathy, especially when working with neurodiverse CHILDREN.

They are the family Dr's he took care of me when I came to the USA from my 14th to my 21st birthday. Then they also took care of my sister, my 3 children, my nephew. All my cousins and they are excellent. Now they open the adult clinic and we still go there. Now I also take my partner there. Their customer service is 100% and every staff treat you like family. l recommend them all the time to anyone I know.

This was my daughter clinic from the beginning I thought if I bring her back to the same clinic, we wouldn’t have no problem but now she’s autistic. They have no consideration for a single parent so if your child’s autistic, don’t take them to this clinic.

I had a terrible experience there. First: couldn’t measure my son’ s temperature. The nurse said he didn’t have any fever. I asked check again and it turned out he had 103 F fever. Second, I said to the doctor that my son is coughing a lot. She listened to his lungs and said everything is clear and come back when he got worse. In another office the doctor diagnosed pneumonia and prescribed antibiotics right away.

they are great. No not believe the negative reviews. I take my children there for years and I they always get the best care.
