This pharmacy’s handling of my prescription was completely unacceptable and frankly negligent. For over a week I repeatedly requested that my medication be transferred. I was continuously told it had been sent, while the receiving pharmacy confirmed they never received anything. My calls and texts went ignored, and they would not even answer the receiving pharmacy’s calls when they attempted to reach them directly. Only after persistent follow-up did the second pharmacy finally get through and discover the transfer had been sent to the wrong address. This was an error that could have been caught immediately had anyone bothered to verify the information after I reported the issue multiple times. Similar to other neg reviews, this pharmacy mishandles prescriptions/refills poorly. They do not carry many medications and they rarely notify you if that's the case. Similarly to long standing prescriptions, if for whatever reason they cannot refill, they still do not let you know whether or not your prescriptions are already on auto refill. They also do not answer phones. Communication is seriously lacking.

Used many times and we live in The Bronx . All of our main pharmacies have closed down. Thankful to the doctor who recommended them. Never had an issue so will continue to use their service . Oh and I like their bags hehe.
