I can’t say enough great things about Broad St Smiles! The staff is professional, very friendly, welcoming and genuinely care. Dr. Hutchins takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. The office is clean, organized and runs on time. I’ve been going to this office for almost a decade now and honestly, I’m way overdue for this review. The staff is always on top of their game—kind, professional, and they somehow remember everything about you (even when you forget your own appointment). Dr. Fitch is thorough and never misses a thing. This last visit I met the newest addition, Dr. Hutchins, and he fits in like he’s been there for years. He explained everything before he did it, which I appreciate—especially since I already walked in carrying enough flossing guilt to last a lifetime. If you’re looking for a dental office that makes you feel taken care of and keeps your teeth in check without the stress, this is the one. Highly recommend!
