Brighter Dental

I'm giving this place 4 stars because in general the people here are very kind and good at their job and I don't wish to drag them down. However, getting braces here was such an unpleasant experience for me. I forgot his name, but the main orthodontist and whoever his nurse assistant was (she had short blonde hair is all I remember), would often mock me, constantly make me feel guilty and extremely uncomfortable after I told them the circumstances of how I got to and back from my dentist appointments. Like routine, every time I sat in that chair they would constantly ask or poke fun or remind me of my circumstances to the point I broke down crying and had to ask them to finally stop. I was going through an extremely rough time in my life and did not need this extra stress. I even ended my

I absolutely love this place! Growing up I always had a fear with the dentist 🦷 because of bad experiences but this place has completely changed that. I’ve been going here since 2015 and I continue to come here. I actually get super excited to come here regardless what I need done. The staff is incredibly sweet, they always remember you and ask how your family is doing. If you have any questions about anything they are always right there to answer them. The dentist and orthodontist is so sweet I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I always tell my friends to come here because of how great this place is.

I was scheduled for a routine cleaning with Brighter Dental. I absolutely dread having this done because my teeth are so sensitive. Ms. Mary Reilly was my hygienist and I explained the issue to her. She was so understanding and gentle. I actually was able to relax during my cleaning which I would not have believed possible. Ms. Reilly is the best hygienist I've had. I definitely recommend her and will be back with her for my 6 month cleaning.

0 stars if I could. Stay far, far away! Got referred here for my wisdom teeth removal. The surgeon was great but was a travelling surgeon so not linked to the office. Called 4 times to confirm the cost, and never got called back. Last time I called, I was informed that the cost would be $425. This was important information. I also confirmed that I would pay before the procedure, to which I was told „of course we don‘t do anything without you paying“. I ended up being made to pay Post procedure, and the cost was $900. I then later received notice I was expected to pay even more! I asked them where the confusion came from and they said they would get back to me but started ignoring my emails instead. Do not go here!

5 stars without question. I missed a few appointments and hadn't been into the office in almost a year, and I was happy to see some friendly and familiar faces on my visit the other day. The hygienist, Mary, was super friendly and Michelle at the front desk took care of all my questions concerning scheduling and payment options. For years I've been afraid of going to the dentist, but the men and women at Brighter Dental not only keep your smile looking good, they keep you smiling.
