I have met a more amazing team. I accidentally missed my first appointment due to a family emergency. The office called me to see if I was coming amd when I told her what was going on, she helped me reschedule. They even called me when they had an earlier opening. I was welcomed into the office with a smile and every staff member I encountered from then on was warm and welcoming. Everything was explained step by step and everyone made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Working in Healthcare myself, this is an important thing for me. It is obvious that Dr Rawi works well with her staff. She was personable, professional and even made time that day for me for two crowns. They have definitely found a life long patient here.

I took my 11 year old for her first visit at this dentist. They were all patient and kind. They spoke directly to here and engaged with her to make her feel included and heard. Dr. Hall answered all my questions and even brought me over to show me and discuss my daughters bite concerns. We will be back in a few months to see the Orthodontist. All around GREAT experience even from the front office staff.

If can rate this place a 0 I absolutely would. I typically don’t leave reviews but I hope I can save someone from a catastrophe. On 1/27 I took my daughter in for a cavity infection where Dr.Rawi prescribed her antibiotics and discussed a plan to have her come back in for a root canal, and some fills. The only thing she offered was laughing gas for my 5 year old. We went to the appt they proceeded with attempting to do the root canal where they shaved down her tooth attempted to put a stainless steel crown in and then told me that wasn’t going to work and they needed to extract the tooth, i am not educated on dentistry nor did I realize laughing gas wears off typically within minutes so they were going to preform an extraction on my 5 year old who was completely aware of everything, she to

Went for a cleaning and the staff was amazing and professional. Had an issue with my cap coming off during the cleaning and they got it repaired for me during the same appointment so I didn’t have to come back. Would for sure recommend this office to others looking for great and efficient service!

My son's tooth cracked and fell apart around 2:30pm the day before Thanksgiving. Our regular dentist was closed for the holiday. All the local dentists went straight to voicemail, so I tried Bright Side. Not only did someone answer, they got us an appointment for 4pm. The building was supposed to close at 5pm. Around 4:30, Dr. Rawi told us what the best course of treatment was...a procedure that would take longer than the building was open. However, she was so concerned about what could happen to my son if left to get through Thanksgiving that she offered to stay and asked some of her staff to stay later to help him.
