Positives: George, one of the dental professionals, was very friendly. I came in for x-rays today before making an appointment for wisdom teeth removal. The front office staff quoted me $2,700 after in-network insurance -- because their oral surgeon requires bone grafts -- not covered by any insurance -- for every single tooth. The employee at the desk then told me she had called around at other local dentists and that this was standard procedure. I soon after called around with other dental offices and found this is not the case at all. It felt very unethical, being price gouged for necessary medical procedures all while being in immense pain. I do not recommend coming here.

Went as a walk in for an emergency. I was in a severe amount of pain from a recent root canal at a different location. My temporary crown was set way too high and was causing pain in the entire right side of my face. I walked in here at opening and did not wait a long time at all (after filling out necessary paperwork) to be brought back for X-rays and care. They were quick, diligent, and compassionate. I am extremely thankful for their help and kindness during the whole process. The fix took less than 10 minutes, I was prescribed an antibiotic, and two days later, I feel like myself again. No more pain! Very grateful for this place and the whole staff.

The front staff were very nice And helpful. I only have four teeth But they without my consent or understanding took xrays of my whole mouth which cost $350. I saw the dentist for about 30 seconds. He did not tell me what was wrong with my mouth. which was my purpose in coming to see him. His helper gave me a prescription. Someone else came in and filed down a tooth That had been bothering me. But he filed it all the way to the nerves, and now it tingles,and the tooth is still bothering me. I must’ve filled out 15 pages of intake. But the dentist never looked at it.

I felt welcomed and the appointment was fast and effective. The dentist, he listens and goes straight to the point, no buts of what ifs. I was provided with a toothbrush before walking in since I told front desk I had just eaten and was coming from work. Thank you so much.

Update: Margie the Office Manager, saved the day and give me an accurate estimate! On hold for more than 10 minutes still waiting! 9:06-9:14 Thus is after I found out some dental codes are actually covered under my insurance😐
