Bright Care Pharmacy

Bad experience! Very Rude Customer Service. Tried this new ph, we armacy for two months. Terrible service and they lie. Tried to get Perscrpion filled and returned because they couldn't fill it until next week because they are closed on weekends however I needed by Sunday. So asked for my Perscrpion to take to my old pharmacy. They tried to say they couldn't and refused. I knew better and demanded it back. Finally they gave back, after I said I was going to report to Pharmacy Board. Don't trust them. They lie.

Superb patient service is this pharmacy's utmost goal! All the pharmacy staff are very respectful, & attentive. Highly recommended!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME IN THIS TIME OF UNCERTAINTY. I WAS UNABLE TO SEE MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN. I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH HIM ON THE PHONE AND HE REFILLED MY MEDS AND THEN BRIGHT CARE PHARMACY DELIVERED MY MEDICATION FREE. I AM DISABLED AND UNABLE TO PICK UP MY MEDICATION FROM CVS, AND BRIGHT CARE PHARMACY CONTACTED ME AND HAD MY MEDICINE READY AND DELIVERED IT FREE THE SAME DAY. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND PERSONAL, AND YOU JUST DONT GET THIS IN ITHER PHARMACYS. THEY CALLED ME AND REMINED ME THAT I NEEDED TO REFILL MY MEDS, WHICH IS SO VERY HELPFULL.
