Brident Dental & Orthodontics

I have had a great experience with Brident dental. The ladies in the front office are very friendly and attentive. The dentist explained everything thoroughly and talked us through the process of all of my kids procedures. Thank you!

Would NOT recommend this place for orthodontist. This office loves to waste your time. The fact that The office itself Changes Ortho Dentist every three months says a lot. I’ve seen three different dentist within one year because They leave My appointments are rescheduled almost every other month due to their schedule changing so much. When I originally got the braces one year ago I had Chose his office because they were available Saturdays, and the month after getting the braces, Saturdays were no longer a thing. Just wish they would honor what they say and my time.

I highly recommend Brident Dental as your new dental home. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. My kids are always well taken care of while they are in the process of getting their braces treatment. Thank you Brident Dental for your service.

Just visited. My Dentist called in (not worried about that even though they didn’t notify me - stuff happens). Upon arrival they say they have to see if the other doctor can even accept the same insurance. (AGAIN, no issue, I understand) Then they say I have to call Insurance set this “office” and doctor here as my “office” - even though I did that before setting an appointment. Front desk associate said I have to call insurance and tell them I chose this office again. I must look like a show dog with all the hoops they want me to jump through. Good thing Castle Dental is also an option on my insurance. Will be going there. Goodluck

Update so dr Anna Hallmark has completely redeem my faith in this office between her Ricky the office manager I would say my visit has turned out really good. Would I recommend this office? I do cause even if they make a mistake they go a bunch of and beyond to try to fix it. Office staff is amazing and the dental hygienist here are the sweetest ever
