My wife and I have had such a great experience with this orthodontic office. The orthodontist team is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. You can really tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about getting the best results for their patients. Every visit has been professional, efficient, and surprisingly comfortable. I also want to give a special shoutout to Lily, the office manager. She is absolutely fantastic. Lily keeps everything running smoothly and always goes above and beyond to help with scheduling, questions, and making patients feel welcome. Her professionalism and positive attitude really set the tone for the entire office. I do not recommend Brident Dental in Grand Prairie. They tried to upsell unnecessary services.I want there for a routine 6 month cleaning covered by insurance.They charged me for a panoramic xray not covered by insurance and not necessary. Then told me I was borderline for a level 2 cleaning. Because I had two "4'S " for gum measurements which would be an additional $633 because my insurance only covered routine cleanings. I left and went to another dentist which performed routine 6-month cleaning.Dentist said teeth and gums all good, deeper cleaning not warranted.Be very careful with Brident Dental.

Every single staff member was so welcoming and helpful. I really felt cared about and they took really good care of my children. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist office. The staff did a really great job making everyone feel comfortable and they were very quick as well as efficient with work. This office is very approachable and understanding. I definitely would recommend 10 out of 10.

This place really needs 0 stars!! I paid for a service OUT OF POCKET and they re scheduled my appointment twice and never completed the service so, I requested a refund for the service that NEVER HAPPENED!! After three months of waiting for a refund they end up CHARGING me the amount that was supposed to be refunded instead of crediting me. The customer service team sucks and the corporate office sucks. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Super great experience here! Very friendly and great service!! Lily and her staff were amazing. Great place to bring your family!!
