Briarwood Health Care Center

Briarwood is a wonderful nursing home. The care is top notch and the facility is family owned. Although the building does not look like a four-star hotel, it is clean and functional. The nursing and the physical rehab staff turn over is very low, which is rare for such facilities. Many have been there for years. They are devoted, caring professionals in my experience.

A warehouse for feeble elderly inmates. Some staff are unhelpful bullies, a few are genuinely caring, even knowledgeable. Rehabilitation is minimal but two PTs are knowledgeable and improvise therapy in spite of facilities and lack of time.

My aunt passed away at Briarwood. The entire staff (minus one) was above and beyond helpful, thoughtful, patient and KIND with not only my aunt but with the extensive number of family members who came to visit. THANK YOU to all of the staff!!!!
