DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONE GO HERE! If this review can save even just one family from falling for the false promises and allowing their loved one to be admitted here, then I’ve done what I intended. AJ is a good talker but he must never have stepped foot inside the facility if he believes the narrative he’s pushing. I doubt there are enough characters for me to explain the horrific experiences we had here. I’ll keep it short: I truly believe my mother, who is now deceased, would have had a better chance at recovering had she not been brought here. The first few weeks of rehab are the most critical and she was severely neglected. My name is Anna, and I am writing this review regarding my husband, who has been in Briarcliff Manor Center For Rehabilitation And Nursing for about a month. From the very beginning, this place has been a true blessing for our family. The care, professionalism, and kindness we experienced here were truly outstanding. The entire team made us feel supported and cared for every step of the way. I would like to give a special thank you to the Director, Patricia, and also Avi and David, as well as the amazing Doctors, nurses, patients aides  for their compassion, attention, and dedication. Very delightful staff , present & knowledgeable! Shekle changed the bed linens & is very concerned about patience welfare ,safety & health. Christine stopped by to introduce herself as the evening attendant . Garth Weiss my cousin was very happy with the staff. Garth has been waiting for his cloths . Pants & shirt .
