I was really looking forward to this appointment because a friend and colleague goes here and is now hearing better than I am. The Secretary & Doctor team were excellent: helpful, knowledgable, kind and understanding! I was treated to an immediately comfortable welcome by both ladies. My experience with Dr. Greenspan can only be described as terrific. My hearing loss is pretty severe, and it took her more than one attempt and quite some patience to find the optimal solution. Throughout it all Dr. Greenspan stayed highly professional and, at the same time, friendly. I felt welcome in her office, and I would gladly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Pam Greenspan is a great, caring Audiologist. I have tinnitus with hearing loss and needed two hearing aids. Dr. Pam found the right aids I needed; they totally corrected my hearing. Dr. Pam was extremely patient as I needed adjustments many times. I was nervous about getting two hearing aids, and Dr. Pam reassured me that my quality of life would improve. She was so right. She worked around my work schedule, and her office was a friendly to visit. I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Pam Greenspan.

I've worn hearing aids for over 10 years, and Dr. Greenspan is far and away the best audiologist I've worked with. She's thorough and conscientious, and extremely pleasant to deal with. Sometimes I worry that I'm being obsessive in insisting that every detail (how they sound, how they fit, etc.) be just right, but Dr. Greenspan listens patiently and invariably comes up with a solution. I'm moving away from the area in a few weeks, and I worry about being able to find another audiologist that's remotely comparable - though, characteristically, Dr. Greenspan has promised that she'll help me find a good replacement!
