I needed an appt today and they were able to accommodate me which was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The nurse/dr.’s asst asked all the right questions and was very pleasant. Dr. Felsenstein was great he answered all my questions and explained my diagnosis to me. He was also very reassuring & made me feel at ease. This was my first time there and I will definitely go back. The office was also very clean and neat. I give Advanced Dermatology an A+!

Review: Advanced Dermatology – Dr. Zisi Berkowitz I had a very disappointing visit with Dr. Zisi Berkowitz. She walked into the room looking like she was already ready to leave. I came in for hair loss, and after one extremely quick glance, she immediately recommended oral minoxidil without explaining any other options or discussing my concerns. The entire interaction felt rushed and dismissive. When I pressed the issue of options, she told me basically that it was too expensive and did not explain What that option was clearly. I also had a growth on my arm that has been getting bigger over the past six months. She barely looked at it and told me she wasn’t concerned. When I asked for an ultrasound—because I am concerned—she brushed it off and repeated that I should just “keep an eye on

Dr. Felsenstein was terrific! Warm, human, and knowledgeable. He listens and gives as much time as needed—a quality that's unusual to find nowadays and greatly appreciated, given how vulnerable and sensitive it feels to have an issue with one's face. Highly recommend!

When you walk into the office, Lynette greets you with a smile and a willingness to help. She gave me the feeling that I’ve known her for a long time. Dr. Dalben was friendly and gave me a very thorough exam. She answered all my questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Gianna Dalben.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Welcoming place, kept spic and span. Dr. Felsenstein - still the best in the business. Wait time was minimal, excellent care taken. Would recommend to all without hesitation. He listens carefully, is not dismissive, and doesn't rush you.
