Brian W. Hill, M.D.: Shoulder Surgeon Jupiter

I found that the doctor was courteous and very informative. I was and still am disappointed with the office staff. While being given the necessary information about my shoulder surgery. I was informed that I needed clearance from two of my doctors. I was told that I could not get an appointment for the surgery until I received this information. While at my primary care doctor’s office I was told that the clearance was only good for 30 days, after that I would need to do it all over again. I contacted Dr. Hill,s office and learned that the information about not getting an appointment was incorrect. And I would need to contact the doctor’s staff to schedule an open appointment date for my surgery. Well good luck with that. I called 3 times and was put on hold. I emailed Dr. Hill’s assistant

The whole team is great. They are so nice and friendly and so efficient. You are treated like you matter. I think Dr. Hill and his PA Eric are truly the best. If it wasn’t for them I would not have the use of my arm. I am forever grateful.

My experience with Dr. Hill was excellent. He was knowledgeable and demonstrated outstanding customer service from the moment he came to get me from the waiting area. He made sure to pronounce my name correctly, personally introduced me to the medical assistant, and was kind and personable throughout the visit. I truly appreciated his honest feedback and thoughtful recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Dr. Hill to anyone seeking compassionate and professional care.

Dr. Hill performed a shoulder replacement revision on my right shoulder on May 15, 2025. The original implant failed after only four years, and Dr. Hill was right on top of figuring out what was wrong quickly. He is an excellent surgeon, has a great bedside manner, very personable, but most importantly very skilled. His whole team is excellent. They take time with you and they care. Erik, his PA, is outstanding. His assistants, Felicia and Sierra are great, very responsive, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Hill and his team.
