My appointment was at 10:00AM and there was no wait. The person who was at the front desk greated me with a good morning and a smile. Everyone was kind and friendly. The doctor was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The person who helped me pick out my glasses listened to what I was looking for and I loved both pairs she picked. Definitely would recommend this office. Customer service is almost unheard of but it continues at this practice. It deserves more than 5 stars!!

Been a patient since I was a kid…Unfortunately while Dr. Lynch always seemed like a pleasant enough doctor, his staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Wait times always very long as well as I recall. Unfortunate that front office staff have caused for a hostile patient experience. Dr. Lynch needs to be involved in the overall climate and culture of his office.

I have know Dr Lynch for too many years to count. Both professionally and as a neighbor and friend. He is a wonderful person how he finds the time to give back to so many people i dont know. If the world had more people like him we would all be netter for it. As for my eyes he is the best!! I am truly grateful I met him and his family. God Bless!! 😎💯

I’ve been a patient of Dr Brian Lynch for 20 years. He is professional, thorough, and I have complete confidence in him, the staff and the practice. The Yahoo that posted a 3 star review because he drove by the building and it looked pleasant???...enough said!
