I am a new patient of Dr. Moore's office, and I cannot recommend this location highly enough. All of the staff have your wellbeing in mind from the actual dental procedures to the payment and scheduling aspect. I was experiencing very severe pain suddenly in the morning, and despite being fully booked, they made sure to have me seen that very same day. This is an office that truly cares for their patients. Not to mention, Dr. Moore's warm personality and sense of humor puts you at ease even when you are experiencing some of the worst pain and anxiety. The office is clean, relaxing, and "Friends" was playing in the room while I was getting my root canal (a big change from the usual quiet dental exam room where my mind tends to run away with my worries!). I've been to Dr. Brian Moore's office three times and I look forward to future visits. The office is clean and the staff is welcoming. Inna and Diana are very kind and helpful with checking in and out. Inna clearly explains dental costs for work to be done. I can't say enough about Elena, the dental hygienist. She is professional and personable, and she provides a thorough cleaning...the best ever! Although Dr. Moore hasn't personally performed dental work on me yet, he is congenial and always willing to answer questions. All in all a great experience!

I love this dental office and I will come here as long as I can. I have really sensitive teeth and going for cleanings makes me anxious. At this office, the hygienists are always gentle and keep my comfort in mind. ZERO pain. Dr. Moore is warm and personable, and the ladies at the front desk are great, too. I have a lot less dental anxiety now because of this place!

I have been seeing Dr. Moore and his staff for just over 2 years, since before the pandemic. His office is clean and comfortable. His staff is always friendly and courteous. I have had teeth cleanings and most recently a root canal. I am on Medicare and Dr. Moore is always conscientious of costs, I am always informed what my bill will be before any work is done, with insurance and what it will be if the procedure is not covered.

I absolutely love Dr. Brian Moore, have had him as my dentist for the past 3 years and would recommend him to everyone. However, this year 2024, it has been very difficult to make an appointment. I have called several times, left messages and still have received no communication. This is why I have rated with 4 stars, instead of 5.
