I had a terrible experience with them. I came for an appointment on April 11th, the reason is that I started to see poorly at a distance. It started to affect my driving badly. The receptionists are very unfriendly. They have no desire to help you. Since I speak very little English, I found a translator who was supposed to translate for me online. But during the initial examination, most likely it was a nurse, she was extremely unhappy with this. She did not allow me to use the online translator, she said that she would not let me see the doctor over the phone. She also did not want to serve me. I got a new glasses, but after using them for just half an hour, I get a headache that lasts all day. I tried to take another day off to go back and find out why, but I hit traffic and arrived 20 minutes late, so the secretary started showing attitude and said that they cannot see me. literally the older secretary was happy to listen but the younger one with attitude said (with teenager behaviour) that they don't let me see the Dr because its more than 15 minutes. I was there because the glass numbers was wrong and I was treated very rudely. I ended up wasting both money and time. While Brian himself was polite and friendly, I prefer to be seen by someone who is skilled and knowledgeable rather than just friendly. Plus, you are saved from dealing with their rude secretaries. I was overdue for my eye exam and a little anxious going in. The 2 ladies that work in the front are so friendly and helpful they made my appointment fun while being efficient and thorough. It was my first time seeing Dr. Cindy Hung and she couldn't have been more friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made my visit quick and easy. I highly recommend them!

This review is for reception. I just waited for two hours for a prescription change. First they said there would be no charge. Then after two hours, they said there would be a charge, I said fine, and she said the first available was Monday. That would have been AMAZING to know 2 hours ago!

I like the doctors but the staff has no follow through. I had issues getting my trial contacts ordered. Then I had to call three different times to get them to fax my glasses prescription until I finally just had them email it to me. Then they were going to try and order another pair of contacts for me. I called about them finally after several weeks. None of them knew what was going on and I ended up getting hung up on. I recommend the doctors but they will lose business with that staff.
