Filthy place. Lots of missing meds. Mostly psych patients and in-house dialysis. I wouldn't put my worst enemy here.

I would give no stars if I could, Do not send your loved ones here and if they are here please check on them! This is a disgusting facility with disgusting management & the so called owner is horrible. Very unprofessional place.

This place is a complete dump! Do not send your loved ones here. They are abusive, rude and just plain lazy. These people who work here (with the exception of a few nurses who work thru a different agency) are the bottom of the trash barrel. So sad to see the residents treated like this in their time of need. More mistreatment to the resident if you as a family member say anything! The plumbing doesn't work. Health department should shut the whole Bria network down! The food they serve to residents you would feed your dog! State needs to step in and do their jobs here the Alton location and the Wood River locations are an absolute disgrace to care facilities state wide! Health department and state have been called.

I recently visited the facility to see a family friend and it was the most efficient place. It isn’t the most up to date, but the staff was nice. The activity director was playing bingo and engaging with the residents. It seems like a great place for your family member.

A wonderful rehab and long term care community. Staff is always smiling and engaging with the residents. Quietly located in an Alton neighborhood offering spacious rooms and lovely activities. Tours are encouraged and welcomed!
