I’ve had a great experience with Bankhead and their entire team. From the very first appointment, they were professional, friendly, and made everything easy to understand. They took the time to explain my treatment plan and always answered my questions without rushing.

I was really nervous about getting braces, but everyone at the office made it so easy. They are all super nice and always ready to help. The office is really clean and comfortable, which made going there much better. Everyone explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. If you're thinking about getting your teeth straightened, I totally recommend them!

Absolutely amazing experience! We had gone to another local orthodontist and not had a great experience so we decided to switch. I couldn’t say enough amazing things about the entire staff at the office! Rachael and Natasha were so great at explaining everything to us! Jen at the front desk was super nice and went out of her way to double check insurance information. I would definitely recommend!

Wow! This Alton ortho team really is amazing. They make each experience one that is easy & stress free. I really love the way they alert me multiple times when my appointment is upcoming, as a person who has a short memory. Can't wait to go back in 6 weeks!!
