We had a really great experience at this urgent care when we brought in my daughter. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation so much easier for both of us. The providers took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and treated my daughter with real compassion and respect. We never felt rushed, and it was obvious they truly cared about her comfort and well-being. I’m very grateful for the care we received and wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend this urgent care to other parents

Quick, easy, and reasonable pricing. I think it’s the only low cost out of pocket option in the area. I just moved from Florida so I don’t have insurance yet and I am happy I was able to get care without breaking the bank. Staff was friendly, NP is knowledgeable and kind. 10/10.

Have had my jaw stuck sideways for almost a week. Have severe pain and pressure when eating or trying to re-center it. Went to this location because it was near my work. Nurse didn't want to see me at first, she was sending her coworker back and forth to answer questions until the Nurse finally spoke to me through the reception window. She dismissed me saying, "sounds like TMJ." Yes, I get multiple treatments for it. All she was willing to do was a steroid injection without actually seeing me in a room or feeling my jaw. I left and went to a Wellnow urgent care in Fairview Heights area. Where I actually got seen, my condition properly explained to me, and a basic muscle relaxer to help my jaw shift back into place. It is already improving after 24 hours. Skip this place and go to a Wellnow

Because I've experienced horrible treatment at the ER's I visited the Alton Urgent Care Dec. 4th, my 1st time there. I went with high hopes of receiving the correct medical treatment without being mistreated and frowned upon by doctors and being treated like a human.. Well, Urgent Care Overly Succeeded in both areas. Ms. Bethany treated my daughter and I with respect, she was compassionate about our needs and had us out of there in less than 30 minutes. As I was encouraged to visit urgent care, I would also encourage others to visit urgent care because my overall experience was great!

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been at. The receptionist was very rude and on her cell phone looked like playing a game. Then I sat there for 30 minutes for them to tell me that they couldn't see me. I asked why, I have flu like symptoms. They said I need a chest x-ray and they don't do that there. I feel they still could have seen me then decided if I needed an x-ray. If there was a 0 rating they would have got that.
