I was a patient of Brewster Medical Group years ago—seeing Dr. Mannion and one other male physician who has since retired. For years, I’ve been unhappy with my care at Optum and decided to try Brewster Medical Group again after hearing their raving reviews. The staff was very pleasant both in person and on the phone. Everything for my visit was organized, my appointment ran on time, and overall I am happy with the new doctor I chose.

The staff are very attentive and caring. They addressed my concerns and the Doctor was immediately available to service my health concerns the same Day as A NEW PATIENT. I strongly recommend this Doctors Office because they are very welcoming and available to service their customers. I felt very valued at Brewster Medical and my health concerns was their priority.

Compassionate care in a nice quiet environment. The staff is as friendly as they are professional. Thanks for making me now happy to go to the doctor. Dr. Matt Kessler is amazing. He puts the care in Primary Care. Actually they all do.

The MD’s are great, helpful and have good bedside manners. Dr. Manion is one of my absolute favorite doctors. However in the last few years I’ve been coming to this place the front desk receptionist are never polite on the phone or in person. It makes me dread making an appointment, as much as I dread going to the DMV and dealing with those angry people. Maybe they hate their jobs or maybe they hate people, either way it’s not good for business.

We have been patients of the Brewster Medical Group for years. They give skilled, compassionate care. The office staff is efficient & pleasant. The Doctor & nurses go the extra mile time & time again.
