Family Dental Group of Brewster

Our experience with Family Dental Group of Brewster was exceptional from start to finish. My 15-year-old niece recently had four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Eric Oh, and we couldn't be happier with the care we received. Dr. Oh is not only a highly skilled surgeon but also incredibly kind and personable. The surgery went smoothly, and the post-operative instructions provided by the team were clear, thorough, and easy to follow. They took the time to address every concern we had, and thanks to their guidance, my niece is healing beautifully. It’s a huge plus that they accepted our insurance, too. We are so grateful for the wonderful treatment and look forward to seeing the team at the Yonkers office for our regular cleanings

Dr. Kim and James were fantastic. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dentists and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The receptionist was wonderful , and there was no wait time. I highly recommend the entire practice!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here under IV sedation and had a great experience. The entire process was smooth, the sedation made it stress-free, and the staff was professional and attentive. As a new customer; I had a phenomenal experience. Everyone was amazing throughout the entire appointment. Front desk personal, xrays, hygienist and dentist were all friendly, professional and personable. I do not do well with the x-ray portion of appointments usually, but Kim was outstanding. She put me at ease and made the experience as enjoyable as a dentist appointment can be.

I had a cleaning here which went fine however the dentist wasn't in to perform the examination at the end. I was charged for an additional copay for the follow up examination even though it was really the dentist's fault for being absent. They said it was because of insurance but word to the wise; don't let them try and schedule a follow up just so they charge you for the dentist to say see you at the next appointment.
