My almost 10 year old son is on the autism spectrum and his most horrific sensory issues lie with his mouth so the dentist has always been an absolute nightmare for us. He has such a hard time with brushing his teeth so his teeth always need a really bad cleaning. When we go to the dentist, he kicks he screams he cries, and it breaks my heart the entire time. I found Kids Family Dental, and it changed everything! Everyone who works there was so unbelievably and caring toward my son and me too! You would have thought that they all had degrees in how to work with special needs children by how well they spoke to him and were with him! This dental office is hands‑down the most irresponsible and incompetent operation I’ve ever dealt with. They assure you your insurance is “in network,” schedule multiple appointments, and then ambush you with a bill for thousands of dollars after the fact. Their billing department has no idea what it’s doing, the front desk is completely untrained, and no one there takes ownership of anything. Even my insurance company can’t get them to answer the phone — every call goes ignored. And instead of fixing their own mistakes, they wrongfully send the account to collections. That’s not just bad service; it’s reckless and unacceptable. Consider this a serious warning: avoid this place at all costs.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to switch my kids to another practice because EVERYTIME I have an appointment with them they call 1 day before the appointment to cancel and reschedule it. it is not the first time this happens and their excuse this time is that they decide to close "for the holidays" when black friday isnt really even a holiday. So to me it seems like the office wants to go get their deals shopping then be at work. Why schedule an appointment 6 months out if you're just going to cancel last minute? Why work at all if providers aren't going to be there at all? This is about the 5th time i'm getting an appointment for my kids cancelled and i'm utterly sick of dealing with all these doctors and dentists changing appointments. Do better please.
