Brewer Dental Laboratory

This thrashy lab used by dental depot is the worst in the state, do not get dentures here or dental depot. They’re unprofessional, their dentures don’t fit and lie straight to your face. They make promises that they can’t keep! Horrible! Now I’m gonna have to fight with my insurance and start all over bargain to get dentures somewhere else! Truly awful place!

I'd give a zero if i could!! There are days I cry when looking in the mirror. The dentures I got are terrible. They've never fit from day !. Apart from the denture never fitting my mouth correctly, the teeth are the size of a childs teeth causing my face to fall in. The bite is so shallow I have to cut everything I eat with a knife and fork or only eat mushy food. I cannot bite anything. Dental Depot is the dentist I used. They refused to do anything the problem. I had multiple discussions with the dentist and corporate. Ultimately forcing me to settle or go around toothless til I found another dentist and waited for teeth.

My name is Dr. Alexander and I would like to complement Brewer dental laboratory. I contact them very often on my personal cell phone and they always pick up and communicate with me at all cost. I am truly thankful for Amanda as she has been so amazing in my dentures and partials. I would highly recommend this laboratory both as a doctor and as a patient that has been excellent.

I had to have my bridge fixed in the middle of an appt today, so I drove straight there, and I was visibly upset (long story but it’s been a year of working on my teeth) anyway, I get there and this man takes me back and he was only suppose to add to the bridge so it didn’t have a gap but he went above and beyond and he made sure my color matched, he even made sure to make sure they were completely straight and exactly what I wanted. When he was done with my bridge I was completely overjoyed, brought to tears even! (It’s been a long road for me) and after all he did to make it perfect he asked if he could pray with me/for me! It was a very beautiful moment for me in a time of complete anxiety. I feel terrible but I did not get his name, so I thought I’d leave this review in hopes that he m

Great local lab to work with. I've worked with them on hundreds of cases, their work is impeccable, cases are returned in a timely manner, they are great at communicating. Adam, Daniel, Tafla and the whole team is top notch!
