Breeze Dental

If I was writing this review 6 months ago I would have given 5 stars. The office is very clean and the staff is professional. My issue didn't arise until my daughters latest appointment when her dental insurance changed. At my daughters last cleaning she let the front desk know the next appointment she would have different insurance, when they called to confirm she let them know she had different insurance at her appointment she presented her new insurance card. (3 times letting the office know she has new insurance) She was seen great experience no issues. About a week later we receive information from the old dental insurance basically Breeze Dental tried to bill them not once but twice. A few days later she received a phone call from the office asking can they run her card for the bala

My dental hygienist Sara did a great job with my cleaning. She was thorough and professional while also being very personable. An appointment was quickly set up for my next cleaning. Everyone there made it a very pleasant experience.

I have nothing but positive things to say about breeze. The front desk to the dental assistants and the dentists. They are all excellent. The work they do is excellent. I A great dental office. I highly recommend the suffolk office.

Hands down one of the best dental offices I’ve been to! The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The customer service was outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable (I have delta) . They made the entire experience stress-free every visit.. I have been a patient of Doctor Brian Briesemeister for over 10 years which was before he moved his practice and became Breeze Dental. I can't say enough good things about Breeze Dental. Doctor Brian is an exceptional dentist. He genuinely cares about his patients. His medical team is wonderful and kind. They treat you with respect which is important especially today. I appreciate the many hygienists who have worked in my mouth which I'm sure at times has been a challenge.😂 I have a relationship with all of them. We're like a family and I love them. I am very proud of Doctor Brian. God has truly blessed him and his extremely talented dentists and office staff. Give Breeze Dental a try. You will be glad you did.☺️
