If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Dr Jones not only gave me a hernia from pushing too hard on my scar area but he prescribed Lactulose without telling me. I refused the RX at the pharmacy. Lactulose is given to patients with liver disease who are battling HE and are constipated. It gives most patients diarrhea. I have a healthy liver; thanks to transplant and I came to him for help with my current diarrhea. To prescribe this medication is completely stupid. I needed help reducing diarrhea not a medication that treats HE and gives diarrhea. This would have made me really sick. All I got from Dr Jones was a bad attitude, impatience, and an RX that definitely would have made me sicker

I scheduled this appointment a month before it happened. I was told not to cancel it as it would be beneficial to my health and my next steps. Dr. Jones arrived very late to my appointment (not even in the building when I was admitted to the room). When he finally came in, he did not engage. He asked how I was doing and did not wait for a response. He just kept talking. He left no room for me to ask questions, of which I had a few. I was hoping to voice some concerns I had with my new diagnosis, but Dr. Jones was just in and out. He maybe spent 2 minutes in the room with me before he left. The nurse who came in after him APOLOGIZED to me for how late he was and how short the visit was.
