I’ve been to this practice twice and am very pleased. The office staff is friendly and the entire building seems clean. One of the most important things for me is timeliness. I arrived about 15 minutes early for both appointments and they got me in early both times. Everything seems to run very efficiently and all staff members I encountered were friendly. My first appt was for X-rays and cleaning. The hygienist Kim was very gentle and thorough. I met Dr. Butala to review my X-rays and I shared that I had some sensitivity in a very old filling and we decided it was best to replace it so I made a follow up appt. My second appt was to have the filling replaced and Dr. Butala talked me through each step. She numbed me first with a topical strip and followed with an injection. I had absolutely

I’ve been a patient here for 3 years, and I can honestly say this is the best dental care I’ve had in over 20 years. The office is clean, modern, and there’s never a long wait. The front office staff is always pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. The hygienists are amazing — especially Dominic — providing thorough, gentle cleanings and excellent periodontal care. My dentists are highly skilled and professional, especially Dr. Butala and Dr. Diaz, who provide very personalized, exceptional care that makes me feel at ease. From crowns, partials, and fillings to routine checkups, their work has always been excellent and pain-free. I’m so grateful for such a wonderful team and I highly recommend them and this office!

Be careful and check with your insurance company before paying any bills sent to you after you leave They sent me a bill for about $135. After checking with insurance the dentist said they made an error and were sending me a check for about $235.00 I DONT have the exact amounts in front of me. JUST CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AFTER ANY DENTAL APPOINTMENT .

Dr. Lee and his assistant were both patience and compassion , when I came in for a cracked tooth. I had many problems with other dental groups before but this one cares about making me comfortable and took the time to make sure I was at ease before working on me!

We have been going to Brandon Complete Dental Care for several years for my family of 6 and these guys have to be my favorite dentist of all time. They don’t upsell unneeded services. They don’t try to recommend a fake “deep clean” like the chains. They’ll tell you if a cavity is minor and you can watch and wait for it to heal or whether it should get repaired. They are fast, friendly, efficient, and honest. They also play funny pet videos to distract you from the typical unpleasantness of the dentist. They offer early and late hours and Saturday hours. One time a family member got x-rays from a different dentist who said they needed a ton of fillings. We came here for the second opinion and they clarified only one was needed and they gave us their z-ray for free when insurance wouldn’t co
