The worst!!! Dr. Da Silva I had a second appointment as I had questions over the new prescription…he started to send the girl office in and out with questions for me…he didn’t receive me, people with later appointments went in…why they gave me an appointment in the first place if he doesn’t face patients after the first appointment. So I asked for my money back the answer was there is no refund…this was at the Costco in Kendall.

Asked for the cost of eye exam for contacts, with VSP insurance, quoted $10 copay they suggested additionally $29 exam for better checkup, agreed to a $39 total, at payment time total became $79, rude girl at front desk adds $40 because she said she didnt know it was an contact exam. Even though I had to go outside to the optical to find out the cost of the contacts per her suggestion. Dont waste you time they are not professional , they take advantage of poeple and their insurance....

“Great Experience”. Dr. Brancatti was so polite and very professional. He took his time to explain everything to me. The entire staff was pleasant and efficient! Highly Recommended

Rude staff...once eye exam was completed...the prescription was wrong....bought contact lens based on prescription that obviously could not work...rude girl at front desk was not helpful in finding a solution for the issue!
