Brainerd Pharmacy

Quick easy pick up of my compounded meds. Definitely beats out the place in Hixson.

I travel a very, very long way to use Brainerd Pharmacy. With a chronic health issue I've had to take prescribed medications for about 25 years. I've lived in 7 states and had to use many many different pharmacies. They ranged from good, OK, and then pull my hair out from frustration bad. For me, Brainerd Pharmacy has been the very best of ALL of them. They turn a necessary errand into a pleasant experience that makes it well worth the hour & 20 minute drive. I feel like I am valued, listened to, respected. Most of all they are sincerely dedicated to make sure that I receive the very highest standard of care. I enthusiastically recommend this Pharmacy whether you get regular monthly prescriptions or only when someone is sick.

I have been here twice in the last 4 days at opening...both times opened late. Friendly people... difficult driveway to get out on the major road. Overall, I'm satisfied... timeliness is just important to me because of my schedule.

I have been going here for a while. Always friendly service and cheaper prices on some prescriptions. They also deliver if you call it in early enough

I needed a specific medication and called to confirm that this place was a compounding pharmacy and could get what my doctor had prescribed for me. I was told yes, they could. When the prescription was sent by my doctor, I called to confirm and a pharmacist told me she was ordering it and I would receive a call when it was ready. No one ever called. When I called again I was told they actually could not order it, but no one had bothered to pick up the phone and let me know. After all this waiting and calling and four days without my medication, I'm back to square one. In my opinion, that's abysmal customer service. I was hoping to switch all my prescriptions over to a local pharmacy, but it will definitely not be this one.
